Our rate structure is on a PER ROOM basis, creating options for your group to retreat at Spruce Lake with greater economy. Group rates include comfortable lodging in a range of styles, meeting space and equipment, full use of our 370-acre mountainside property and numerous recreation options. The Oak Leaf Gift Shop and Wagon Wheel Snack Shop are open regular hours most of the year. When not scheduled, they may be opened by a group's request in advance.
--- Rates are based upon the room, lodge or building reserved, whether peak or off-peak time, and whether a non-program or program date. (Program dates are established for each of Spruce Lake's family weeks and weekends offered by our Adult & Family Ministries team.)
--- Occupancy is based on the number of bed spaces per room.
--- Weekends generally require a two-night minimum.
--- Rates on Program Dates are packages that include all programmed activities, sessions, concerts, recreation, lodging and meals. For those not wanting the package rates, we'll adjust the cost based on the room rate for the number of nights of the event, the program fee, and any meals eating in our dining room.
--- Meal price includes our delicious, two-entree, buffet-style meals complete with salad bar, fruit, dessert and hot/cold beverages. A minimum of 20 persons (whether groups or individuals) is needed for meals to be served in the dining room. Arrangements to have meals at the Wagon Wheel Snack Shop (a la carte choices) may be made for smaller groups.
