Thursday Eve. Speaker – Bob Koch

Master coach Bob Koch is a 1969 graduate of DeSales University and owner of Bob Koch Hoops, a private basketball training facility he operates at his own home. His early leadership gifts on and off the court have followed him throughout life as he has lived the habit of learning from the best.  His coaching methods mean more than basketball– they’re a means for pushing oneself toward a clear vision of one’s God-given potential, to “make yourself proud.”

As a coach, Bob has won five PA state championships with five different high schools. He was inducted into the Father Judge Hall of Fame, the DeSales Athletic Hall of Fame, and the Roman Catholic Hall of Fame. However, his own achievements are surpassed by the sheer number of kids he has helped grow.

A quote on Bob’s facility wall sums it up: “Athletes do not rise to the occasion, they sink to the level of their training.”

Thurs. Comedy Show
& Friday Speaker  – Brett Hollis

With over 30 years of experience as a pastor, speaker and humorist, Brett brings motivational messages that inspire hope and encourage any audience, from millennials to seniors, students to executives. His comedy performances come loaded with stories and observations about life that will keep you laughing.

To quote a pastor’s endorsement on his website, “Brett Hollis has a unique and captivating way of sharing the Word of God.  He can convey a story masterfully…and somehow presents anointed truths in a humorous yet profound manner.” Learn more about Brett at his website.
