Welcome, ministry leaders and spouses, to this place of peace for encouragement, renewal and empowerment! This conference is for worship leaders, youth leaders, senior pastors, and spouses of ministry leaders. There are 3 different tracks to choose from:

 

Worship Leaders Track – Are you looking for ways to revitalize your worship ministry? We will provide you with both hands-on tools and bigger picture resources on how to lead your team well for this key part of church ministry.
Youth Leaders Track – Whether you volunteer for Sunday school, work with youth at a non-profit, or you are a full-time youth pastor, we want to come alongside you and give you tools to succeed. Learn from experienced people who understand youth and have been there before and understand the highs and lows of youth ministry!
Senior Pastors – We know that there is a heavy weight of responsibility to lead a local body of believers. Take time to be encouraged, equipped, and restored alongside others who understand the challenges of pastoral ministry.

 

Package:

  • 2-nights lodging & meals (Monday dinner through Wednesday lunch)
  • Spruce Lodge: $215/room (up to 3 or 4 people)
  • Other Retreat Center Area rooms with private bath:  $180/room (up to 3 or 4 people)
  • Dorm style rooms with central bath: $116/room (up to 2 or 4 people)
  • Youth Campus Cabins (bring your own bedding and towels-will be assigned by gender): $50/person
  • Registration closes on February 13th, 2026
  • Feb. 24th Single Day Option: $25/person non refundable, includes lunch & dinner, Arrive at 9am

Keynote Speaker – Phil Tuttle

Phil is the president and CEO of Walk Thru the Bible, and for many years prior served this ministry in other leadership and teaching roles. He continues to share God’s Word around the world in churches, conferences, Christian educations conventions, and corporate gatherings. His unique blend of biblical instruction, real-life illustrations, and spontaneous humor make learning with Phil an enjoyable experience!

Phil is also the author of seven books including Raise Up a Child, Crucible: The Choices That Change Your Life Forever, and Revolution: How Millennials Can Change the World.

Worship – Jamal Sarikoki

Jamal  Sarikoki is a skilled organist, pianist, violinist, vocalist and conductor with a passion for creating powerful worship experiences. He recently took on a new role as Director of Classic Worship at Christ Church in Oakbrook, Illinois, and had previously served as Minister of Music & Worship at Venice Presbyterian Church, Florida. Jamal has helped the congregations he’s worked with to experience significant growth in choral ministry participation and worship attendance.

Comedian – Brett Hollis

Brett Hollis is a Speaker, Storyteller and Comedian. Brett feels most comfortable on stage with a mic in his hand. When he isn’t speaking and entertaining, Brett enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, traveling, and a good meal. But above all he gets the most joy from laughing with others. Brett lives in Federal Way, WA with his wife Kim, two adult offspring, two grandchildren, a dog, fish, and a snail named Gary.
