Our Summer Expedition Camps program offers fulfilling outdoor adventures with trained trip guides. Immersed in nature, you’ll experience awe-inspiring sights and the thrill of mastering a challenge! Most of all, there are daily opportunities for growing your relationship with God through supportive leaders who listen and care, group devotions, and structured solo time with God.

Outpost June 14-19, 2026

  • Daily – Outdoor fun and skill-building on and around Spruce Mountain

Find your home among the trees as your Outpost group camps out, away from the sounds of traditional camp. Exploration, outdoor skills, and adventurous games blend into the daily flow of fellowship, worship and quiet time in nature. Pool time and snack shop will be a highlight scattered among the activities. Around your campsite – just off the beaten path up Spruce Mountain – you will enjoy crafts, meet new friends, and help cook meals over the fire. Counselors will facilitate devotionals and quiet times and help you recognize God in nature and yourself! The slower pace of life at Outpost means extra time to work on a fun project like bracelet making, shelter building, or inventing a new game.

Outpost Details

Bike Trip At PA Grand Canyon June 21-26, 2026

  • Daily – Biking on Pine Creek Rail Trail, Day Hikes, Potential for Tubing 
  • Evenings – Activities & Games, Cook over fire 
  • Overnights – Tents at Campground

Calling all bikers: let’s go explore the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon together! The Pine Creek Rail Trail runs through the valley and provides beautiful views throughout the easy gravel biking path, extending 60+ miles. We will travel portions of the trail as well as do day hikes and a half-day of tubing on the creek (water levels permitting). Participants may bring their own bike, provided it is functioning well and correctly sized.

Voyagers: Water Edition! June 28-July 3, 2026

  • Daily – Adventures like hiking and canoeing 
  • Evenings – Spruce Lake Rec Hour, late-night activities & Fireside 
  • Overnights –  Spruce Lake’s platform tents & Delaware River campsite

This Water Edition of Voyagers will explore some of the beautiful waterfalls, lakes and rivers throughout the Pocono Mountains! Each day will feature a different spot to hike or paddle and splash around a bit. At night, we will head back to camp for classics like Fireside, Rec Hour, and the famous Mission Impossible. With capable, fun guides at your side, you will find yourself growing and trying new skills. Nights will be spent in Spruce Lake’s traditional platform tents as well as an overnight on the Delaware River at a rustic campsite.

Reclaim the tents and add some new adventures as you do the High School version of Voyagers. Activities such as mountain biking, hiking and canoeing allow for a broad range of skill levels while offering challenges stepped up from the younger Voyager programs. Each night, you’ll be back at Camp for classics like Fireside, camp-wide games on the ballfield, and Mission Impossible. With good friends, fun activities, and camp vibes, you’ll love this adventurous camp held during Navigators. Nights will be spent in Spruce Lake’s traditional platform tents.

Take your camp experience to the next level as you voyage outside the camp world each day for activities like mountain biking, hiking and canoeing. Each night, you will be back at camp for classics like Fireside and Rec Hour games on the ballfield. With capable, fun guides at your side, you will find yourself growing and trying new skills. Nights will be spent in Spruce Lake’s traditional platform tents, as well as one overnight at Outpost on the top of Spruce Mountain.

Voyagers Jr. Details

Delaware Backpack & Canoe  July 19-24, 2026

  • Daily – Canoe and backpack through the Delaware Water Gap to your campsites 
  • Overnights – Relax at campsite, cook over a fire, sleep in hammocks or tents

Focuses: Teamwork, Canoeing & backpacking skills, Endurance, Individual quiet times  

 

Bringing back a classic, you will experience the Delaware Water Gap from the river and the ridge! Come backpack a section of the Appalachian Trail for a few days and then canoe the lower section of the river, all while building relationships, growing with God, and having fun! Great food over a fire, star-gazing, and new challenges await you. Participants may bring their own backpacking pack (50L or larger) or use one from camp.

Backpack & Canoe Details

Delaware Canoe    July 26-31, 2026

  • Daily – Canoe the open river and Class I & II rapids to reach each night’s campsite 
  • Overnights – Relax at campsite, cook over a fire, sleep in hammocks or tents

Focuses: Canoeing skills, Fellowship, Individual quiet times, Group debriefing 

 

Experience the thrill of the open river! Guide your canoe through the Delaware River’s class I and II rapids with our experienced guides. You will be immersed in nature as you watch the scenery from your canoe, have quiet times along the shoreline, eat meals cooked over the fire, and fall asleep to the night sounds in tents or hammocks. No special equipment needed.

Delaware Canoe Details

Young Adult Delaware Canoe August 2-7, 2026

  • Daily – Canoe through the northern section of the Upper Delaware to your campsites 
  • Overnights – Relax at campsite, cook over a fire, sleep in hammocks or tents

Focuses: Whitewater canoeing skills, Relevant discussion/devotional topics, Relaxed atmosphere  

 

College-aged adventurers – where you at?? This trip takes you farther up the Delaware River than expeditions usually goes, allowing for even more Class II rapids! Foster your outdoor skills and spiritual and personal growth. The community feeling will grow as you canoe together, cook together, and talk about life and God. As adult participants, your input will help shape the trip flow, devotional topics, and campsite activities. Seasoned guides will teach you the skills to be safe and help you have a fun and meaningful time. Beginner canoeists are welcome!
