Speaker – Karl Vaters
Karl is the author of five books on church leadership, including his newest, “De-sizing the Church: How Church Growth Became a Science, Then an Obsession, and What’s Next.” He produces additional resources for Helping Small Churches Thrive at karvaters.com.
Karl also hosts the bi-weekly podcast called “The Church Lobby,” featuring in-depth interviews about topics that concern pastors. He has served in small-church ministry for over 40 years, so he speaks and writes from decades of hands-on pastoral experience.

Coffeehouse – Paul & Mary Good Music Ministry
Paul and Mary Good live in Quakertown, PA, from where their singing ministry takes them far and wide. They have four adult sons, whose families all live within 10 miles of each other. Up through their teen years, the sons and their parents had booked many gigs and recorded several albums. Now Mary and Paul keep singing when and wherever they can.
